W Phở opened in 2024 with one idea: serve the food we grew up eating at home. No fusion, no trend-chasing — just a clean broth, a well-seasoned wok, and rice that smells like the morning market.

Our twelve-hour beef broth starts at 6am, skimmed by hand until it runs clear. The chicken for our Hainanese rice is poached in the same stock we've simmered since the day we opened. Prices haven't strayed far either — most bowls are under twenty dollars, the way a neighbourhood lunch should be.
